Effective October 12, 2026. PhonesThatPay is an initiative of Highest Degree Priorities LLC. This site is an informational pilot landing site, not yet a participant account service.
What this version of the site collects
The static site does not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, login cookies, or a database for beta applicants. The illustrative work tabs run locally in your browser and do not send interaction data to HDP.
How interest requests work
Our participant and business forms compose an email draft in your own email application. The website does not submit or store your answers. If you choose to send the email, Highest Degree Priorities LLC receives the information you include and may use it to reply to your inquiry and assess potential pilot interest. Do not include confidential business information, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive health or financial information.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted through GitHub Pages. The hosting provider and associated network services may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps under their own policies. See GitHub's privacy documentation for details. Email providers also process messages you choose to send.
Future device permissions
Expressing interest gives HDP no access to your phone. Any future worker application, device diagnostics, screenshots, or task execution would require its own permissions, informed disclosures, defined work scope, and appropriate consent. The current pilot website does not remotely control Android devices.
Retention, sharing, and contact
Email inquiry data may be retained as necessary to respond and evaluate pilot participation. We do not claim a live participant account deletion workflow. You may ask about your inquiry or request deletion of the email information where applicable by contacting contact@highestdegreepriorities.com. We do not sell participant contact information.
Updates
If a live application, automated enrollment, payments, or additional tracking is introduced, this notice must be updated before deployment to explain the actual systems, permissions, purposes, and participant rights.
